Jessica Yospe is an undergraduate student from Taylorsville, Utah. At Brigham Young University, she is majoring in Ancient Near Eastern Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Hebrew. Always fascinated with religious studies, she is an aspiring professor of world religions.

Hallow first began after Jessica returned from serving as a full-time volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Riverside, California. Desiring to share her studies and insights on religion with others, she began developing her idea for an online platform.

The blog officially came into existence when Jessica was accepted to study abroad with a group traveling around the world to visit sacred sites. Along with this exciting opportunity, she was also accepted to be a student fellow on BYU’s Interfaith Council. Hallow is her project to help others come to understand more about religions around the world.
